About Ben
I didn’t come to this work because it was interesting.
I came to it because something in my life was fundamentally misaligned.
In 2001, I hit a point where the way I was living no longer worked. Not dramatically. Not catastrophically. Just clearly. Something had to change.
That moment led me into rebirthing breathwork, which cracked open my internal world and dismantled the identity I had been running up until then. What followed wasn’t a neat healing journey, but a long, lived process of undoing, re-patterning, and rebuilding myself from the inside out.
Over the next two decades, I trained, practised, facilitated, and worked privately with hundreds of people — not to “fix” them, but to understand how identity, emotion, nervous system patterns, and unconscious roles actually shape a life.
My background spans breathwork, counselling, emotional release work, somatic practices, sexuality and intimacy work, shamanism, shadow integration, and depth psychology. I’ve also worked extensively with symbolic systems and energetic diagnostics as tools for pattern recognition rather than belief systems.
What matters more than the list is this:
I don’t work from theory. I work from lived dismantling.
I’ve walked through identity collapse, belief death, relational unraveling, and the slow, unglamorous work of rebuilding a life that’s actually congruent. The work I offer now exists because I’ve had to do it myself — repeatedly.
Today, my role is not that of a healer, guru, or motivational guide.
I work as a threshold holder.
I help people see the unconscious scripts and identity structures they’ve been living inside, test whether those structures are still viable, and dismantle what no longer belongs — so something truer can take its place.
This isn’t self-help.
It isn’t about becoming “better.”
It’s about removing what’s false, inherited, or outdated, and learning how to live from what’s actually yours.
I work with people who are functional, capable, and self-aware — but who know, quietly and unmistakably, that the life they’re living is no longer a true expression of who they are.
If you’re looking for techniques, quick relief, or spiritual performance, I’m not your person.
If you’re ready to stop performing an identity that no longer fits — and you’re willing to be honest about what that will cost — then we’ll probably speak the same language.
