You’ve done the work.
Therapy. Coaching. Psychedelics. Breathwork.
You’ve read the books. You know the language. You can explain your patterns better than most practitioners.
And yet:
You’re still circling the same core themes.
You still feel like you’re acting inside a role that no longer fits.
You know something deeper is off, but you can’t quite name it cleanly enough to change it.
It’s not because you’re broken.
It’s because you’re still running on a script you didn’t consciously choose.
The Deeper Cut is where we find that script, expose it, and see what’s actually true when the performance drops.
This isn’t about feeling “better.”
It’s about being unable to keep lying to yourself after this.
What is The Deeper Cut?
A 2–3 hour private immersion designed to do three things:
Expose the real script that’s been running your life.
Test your capacity to hold what you see without collapsing or bargaining.
Clarify whether there’s a real arc for us to work with beyond this.
This is not:
a discovery call
a sales chat
a quick mindset tweak
a “let’s see how you feel after” session
It’s a threshold.
For some people, this one session is enough to permanently change their trajectory.
For others, it’s the gate into deeper work (like The Path of the Unbecoming).
Either way, it stands alone. If this is the only time we work together, it still has to count.
Who this is for
You don’t need to be perfect. You do need to be a grown adult.
This session is for you if:
You’ve built something—career, business, identity, family—but it no longer feels like you.
You’re functional, self-aware, and able to hold your own emotional process.
You’re not hunting for a guru, healer, or new ideology. You want clean, accurate reflection.
You’re willing to be confronted by what’s actually true, not just what’s flattering or comfortable.
You care more about congruence than about “keeping the peace” with people, systems, or stories you’ve outgrown.
You don’t need the right words for what’s wrong.
You just need that solid, low-level knowing:
“If I keep living like this, something in me is going to go numb or die.”
Who this is not for
This is not the right fit if:
You’re in acute crisis, active addiction, or needing stabilisation-level support.
You want fixing, soothing, or emotional babysitting.
You’re not willing to own your part in your life, and prefer blaming everyone else.
You want entertainment, spiritual fireworks, or a psychedelic tourism vibe.
You’re hoping I’ll convince you your current life is secretly fine so you can avoid changing it.
I’m not here to perform for you or rescue you.
I’m here to cut through to what’s real.
What actually happens in the session
We work on Zoom for 2–3 hours.
No small talk. No bullshit. Straight in.
1. Orientation – where are you actually standing?
We start by mapping the world according to you right now:
what’s working
what quietly isn’t
where you’re in conflict with yourself
where you already know you’re lying, performing, or shrinking
This isn’t a life story dump.
It’s a targeted scan of the architecture you’re currently living inside.
2. Live diagnostic – finding the real fault-lines
Then we go hunting for the load-bearing beams in your identity:
the hidden contracts you’re still loyal to
the core beliefs you keep circling back to
the emotional “no-go zones” your system protects at all costs
I’ll use a mix of:
precise questioning
emotional + somatic cues
pattern tracking across how you talk, justify, and deflect
(if relevant) subtle energetic read + live testing of tension points
The goal here isn’t to be impressive.
The goal is to land on the one or two core scripts that quietly govern everything else.
3. Exposure – naming what you’ve been orbiting
At some point, there’s usually a click.
The thing you’ve been circling, avoiding, or half-knowing comes into focus.
It might sound like:
“I’ve built my entire life around being useful instead of being myself.”
“My success has been a compensation pattern for never feeling chosen.”
“I don’t actually want the life I’ve built, I just don’t know who I’d be without it.”
“I’ve outsourced my authority to mentors, partners or systems for years.”
My job isn’t to dump a verdict on you.
It’s to help you see the mechanism clearly enough that your system can’t un-see it.
4. Pressure-test – can you hold the truth?
This is the part most people never get in “clarity sessions”.
We don’t just identify the pattern.
We test what happens when that pattern loses power.
We explore questions like:
“If you stopped playing this role, what would actually break?”
“Who would you lose if you stopped being this version of you?”
“What parts of your life are only alive because you’re still acting this script?”
This isn’t about pushing you off a cliff.
It’s about seeing whether you can stand in what’s true without folding, fawning, or fantasying.
That capacity tells both of us whether there is a real arc beyond this session.
5. Integration + next steps
By the end of the session, you’ll have:
a clear naming of the core script we exposed
the key leverage points where that script actually runs your life
2–3 concrete experiments to run in the coming weeks (conversations, boundary shifts, choices, permissions)
my honest read on whether it makes sense to go deeper together, or whether this session is your clean cut for now
You’ll also receive a short written summary with:
the core pattern named
the specific levers we identified
your personal “watch for this” list so you can track the script in real time
No generic workbook. No 47-page PDF. Just what you actually need to work with.
What you might walk away with
I’m not selling miracles. But typical outcomes from this level of work look like:
Relief that the thing you’ve felt but never fully named finally has a shape.
Disruption of the old narrative you kept justifying to yourself and others.
Clarity about what actually has to change (internally and externally), not just what would be nice.
Permission to stop performing a life that was built from fear, obligation, or compensation.
Direction on whether you need a full dismantling arc (like The Path of the Unbecoming) or simply to act on what’s already obvious.
You won’t walk away “fixed.”
You will walk away unable to keep pretending you don’t know what’s going on.
Boundaries & container
To be explicit:
This is one 2–3 hour session.
There is no ongoing message access or emotional support thread after.
You’re responsible for your own integration and choices.
If we decide together that there’s a deeper arc to explore, we talk about that separately. There’s no pressure to continue.
My commitment:
I bring everything I see and everything I am to that window of time.
I will not collude with your bullshit or your self-erasure.
I won’t push you into changes your system clearly can’t hold yet – but I also won’t pretend you’re powerless when you’re not.
How this fits into my wider work
For context:
Some people come in, do one Deeper Cut, and that’s enough. They leave with a new trajectory and never need more from me.
For others, this session becomes the entry point into a 12-week dismantling arc (The Path of the Unbecoming) or eventually the deeper Mystery School work.
There is no automatic upsell.
The Deeper Cut has to stand on its own, or it doesn’t get offered.

If reading this hits that specific mix of dread + relief, you’re probably in the right territory.
You don’t need to be sure what you want next.
You just need to be done orbiting the same question:
“How much longer am I going to live inside a version of myself I know is false?”
When you’re ready to cut deeper, you book.

You weren’t born confused, shut down, or “too much.”
You were born open. Then the world went to work on you.
Family. Culture. Religion. School. Relationships.
Every system you moved through taught you who you were “allowed” to be.
You learned how to survive, fit in, be useful, be loved.
And somewhere in there, you built a self that isn’t actually you.
On paper, life might look good – career, competence, maybe even status.
But under the surface there’s a constant hum:
This isn’t it.
I’ve outgrown this version of myself.
If I keep going like this, something in me is going to die.
You don’t need another mindset tweak.
You don’t need more “motivation.”
You need to dismantle the architecture of the false self that’s still running your life.
That’s what this container is for.
What is The Path of the Unbecoming?
A 12-week 1:1 dismantling arc for people who are done performing, done looping, and ready to pull their life apart at the structural level – so something real can take its place.
This is not therapy.
It’s not spiritual entertainment.
It’s not “let’s just talk about your feelings for three months.”
This is:
Mapping the identity you built to survive.
Clearing the emotional and energetic debris that keeps it in place.
Exposing the contracts, loyalties, and stories you didn’t know you’d signed.
Creating the internal conditions for a different life to actually stick.
For most people, this is the gate into my deeper work (Temple Reforged / Mystery School).
If you can’t move through this cleanly, you’re not ready for the next layer. Simple.
Who this is for
You’ll recognise yourself in at least a few of these:
You’ve already done inner work – therapy, coaching, psychedelics, trainings – and you’re not a beginner.
You’ve built some level of success or identity, but it cost you parts of yourself.
You’re functional. Not in acute crisis. But under the surface, there’s a quiet “this life isn’t actually mine.”
You’re self-aware and emotionally literate, but you still default to patterns you “know better” than.
You can hold yourself. You don’t need a surrogate parent. You want clean, direct reflection.

Who this is not for
This container is not appropriate if:
You’re in active addiction, acute crisis, or needing stabilisation support.
You want someone to rescue you, fix you, or constantly reassure you.
You’re looking for spiritual bypass, feel-good rituals, or “high vibes only” work.
You can’t yet take responsibility for your own choices, projections, and patterns.
You want a guru, saviour, or new ideology to follow.
I’m not here to be your emotional crutch.
I’m here to help dismantle the bullshit and open the gate to who you actually are.
How it works (without giving the game away)
We work privately, 1:1 online, across 12 weeks.
You don’t need to manage or track the process – that’s my job.
Your job is to show up honest, responsive, and willing to work with what actually arises.
Across those 12 weeks we:
Expose the architecture.
We start by mapping the identity you’re currently running – the roles, rules, and unconscious contracts that quietly govern your life.Descend through the core layers of self.
We move, in a deliberate sequence, through the major layers of your system – survival, desire, power, relationship, expression, vision, purpose.
Under the hood I’m working with emotional kinesiology and energetic mapping to find the real distortions, not just the polished story you tell yourself.Dismantle what’s false.
Session by session, we clear emotional charge, unwind old narratives, and pull apart the structures that keep you looping. This is surgical, not chaotic.Rebuild orientation.
As the old scaffolding comes down, we clarify what wants to stand in its place – the choices, values, relationships, and directions that are actually yours.
By the end of the arc, you have:
far less noise from the old identity
a much clearer sense of what is and isn’t yours to carry
a live, felt blueprint of how you want to move through the world from here
If you’re a match for deeper work with me, it will be obvious by then.
If not, you still walk away with a completely different internal landscape.
Between sessions: support & boundaries
Between sessions you’ll have:
A simple integration framework for each step of the process – prompts, reflection questions, and small behavioural experiments.
A short pre-session check-in form so we’re not wasting live time on recap.
The option for one brief clarification message per week (if needed) – for things like:
“Is this resistance or misalignment?” / “Which of these two actions fits the work we’re doing?”
You do not have:
“Message me any time” access.
Ongoing emotional dumping.
Crisis management.
I keep the live container strong and clean.
Outside of that, you’re responsible for your own regulation and integration.
If you need more intensive or stabilising support than that, this isn’t the right container.
What tends to change
Every person is different, but common shifts include:
The constant low-level sense of being “wrong” starts to drop away.
You see, with uncomfortable clarity, the patterns your life has been built on – and you can’t unsee them.
Saying no and yes gets cleaner – less guilt, less performance, less obligation.
Old relationship dynamics either transform or finally end.
The performance version of you loses its grip; you stop curating yourself for everyone else’s comfort.
Your nervous system starts to recognise what true actually feels like, not just what’s familiar.
You stop trying to drag the old life forward and start relating to it as something you’ve outgrown.
I’m not interested in giving you a “peak experience.”
I’m interested in making it very hard for you to go back to sleep on yourself.
Entry: why you can’t just click “buy now”
This is a high-impact container. It’s not for everyone, and I don’t want it to be.
To step into The Path of the Unbecoming, you first need to complete The Deeper Cut – a 2–3 hour diagnostic session where we:
dissect what’s actually going on under the surface
see how your system responds to this style of work
feel out whether this container is appropriate for you right now
If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you clearly and won’t enrol you.
If it is, we’ll outline your 12-week arc and discuss practicals.
Investment
This is an intensive, high-contact 1:1 container and is priced accordingly.
Current investment and payment options are shared after The Deeper Cut, once we both know this is the right step.
